At OnPoint1-1, we believe the sacrifice of our nation’s heroes — and the families they leave behind — should never be forgotten.

That is why we are proud to support Gold Star Peak, Inc. and its mission to provide memorial climbs, hiking experiences, and emotional support for Gold Star families. Each year, families gather in Alaska’s Chugach Range to participate in the challenging climb to Gold Star Peak, honoring the memory of fallen military service members while finding healing and connection through shared experience.

The climb is a demanding 6-mile round trip with more than 4,100 feet of elevation gain, symbolizing the strength, resilience, and sacrifice carried by these families every day.

To help support this meaningful mission, OnPoint1-1 has launched a GoFundMe campaign, with 100% of donations going directly toward supporting the Gold Star Peak event and participating families.

March is being recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month, however every month we should recognize the crisis of the Mental Health of our Veterans. It is so important to be aware of the increase in suicides within Special Operations and to not continue the stigma associated with mental illness. Please let someone know if you are struggling and never be afraid to ask for help. Please help us Spread Awareness and if you know someone who may be struggling, call them and let them know you are thinking about them and they are not alone.
